Our intent is for each customer’s  satisfaction. PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY! We will gladly adjust any service you received within 2 days of you having received such service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you notify us immediately after receiving your service. Text/call 619-394-5498 or return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction or reschedule you, at no additional charge to you. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you MUST cancel your appointment that you provide more than 24hrs notice. However, there is a cancelation fee of $25, for ALL CANCELATIONS. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, it is NOT guaranteed and you MUST contact us to see if that can be accommodated. Only 1 reschedule is allowed. We reserve the right to charge the card on file, for any appointment cancellation or no-show. NO-SHOW FEE: 30% to 50% total service fee & NO FUTURE BOOKING CANCELATION FEE: $25 (New deposit required for future booking) LATE FEE: $30 up to 15 minutes NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. We will NOT be taking any services that require more than 3hrs past 4pm. Product purchase REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt. LATE FEE POLICY: Please be advised that there is a late fee of $30, for up to 15 mins. This will be added to your service total. We reserve the right to reschedule/cancel your appointment, at the 15min grace period. ALL APPOINTMENTS PAST THIS GRACE PERIOD WILL BE CANCELED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL NEED TO BE PAID TO BOOK. Please respect our time and business, as we respect and appreciate yours. ALL DEPOSITS PAID ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BUSINESS AT ANY TIME.
